Kaplan-Meier survival curves were used to compare the 5-year DFS between patients with high pAkt (fuchsia) and low pAkt (green) and with ER/PR^- and HER2⁺ tumor (a) and basal-like (ER/PR^-/HER2^-) tumor (b). The differences between the curves were estimated by log-rank test, and a p value of less than or equal to 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
