Predicted outcome for percentage relapse-free survival at 10 years for each patient, based on their baseline clinical and pathological factors, was determined with the online prognostic tool Adjuvant!. The means of these predicted outcomes (black bars) are shown compared with the actual outcomes determined by Kaplan–Meier analysis (white bars, ± SEM) for the complete 313-patient cohort in the test set and with respect to patients subgrouped by banded biomarker score for the eight immunohistochemical biomarkers assessed in this study.
