The expression of retinoblastoma pathway members varies across breast cancer intrinsic subtypes. Two-hundred and thirty-two human samples are ordered by subtype according to the five-class single sample predictor from Hu and colleagues [9]. Samples are coloured according to their subtype: red = basal-like, dark blue = luminal A, light blue = luminal B, pink = human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-enriched and green = normal breast-like.
