Ten mice in each group were treated twice a week for 2 weeks with vehicle (control) or with 0.1 and 0.25 mg/kg BU-32 and Bortezomib. BU-32-treated mice showed more tolerance than Bortezomib at higher dose (0.25 mg/kg), and the lower dose of BU-32 (0.1 mg/kg) was completely safe to the animals after 2 weeks of treatment. |
