Ibandronate-induced apoptosis in MCF-7 cells assessed by annexin-V fluorescein isothiocyanate and propidium iodide double staining (An/PI). Cancer cells were cultured for three to six days in steroid-free medium containing ibandronate (Iban) or vehicle (control).
