Immunolocalization of Sdc1, E-cad and c-met in human breast cancer cell lines. The human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7, MDA-MB468 and MDA-MB231 were stained with antibodies specific for c-met (green fluorescent secondary antibody) and Sdc1 or E-cad (red secondary antibodies), and observed by confocal immunofluorescence microscopy. Yellow staining denotes colocalization of c-met with Sdc1 or E-cad. E-cad, E-cadherin; Sdc, syndecan.
