The age at diagnosis in the Dutch hospital-based ORIGO cohort of breast cancer patients is represented by four age categories: before the age of 40 years, between the ages of 40 years and 50 years, between the ages of 50 years and 60 years, and above the age of 60 years. wt/wt, patients homozygous for the wildtype or major allele; wt/mt, patients heterozygous for the wildtype and mutated or minor allele; mt/mt, patients homozygous for the mutant or minor allele.
